.		Holding your special event at the Old South Meeting House Experience and create history by hosting your event at the Old South Meeting House. Located in the heart of downtown Boston, Old South Meeting House offers a unique and historic setting for many different types of events, such as corporate entertaining, musical and theatrical performances, and wedding ceremonies. Availablility The Old South Meeting House is available for private evening rentals after 5 p.m. and is also available for morning meetings, in the Main Hall, from 7 a.m. until 9 a.m. Old South Meeting House is wheelchair accessible. Capacity The historic main hall of the Old South Meeting House can seat an audience of up to 650. The main floor seats approximately 250-300 guests. The balcony level will be only be opened for events over 250 persons. The balcony seats approximately 300 persons. The Main Hall can accommodate 300 guests for a standing cocktail reception. Accommodations for seated dinners in the intimate, unique box pews and surrounding area are 50-125. Accessibility The Old South Meetng House is fully wheelchair accessible. Assistive Listening Devices are available for usewith our sound system.
