Description
Technology can be used by the government to take away civil liberties, but it can also be used in the service of civil liberties. Learn about policy and legal approaches to monitoring government use of surveillance, and how citizens can use technology to monitor government. Panelists will include Shannon Al-Wakeel, Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Muslim Justice League, and Emiliano Falcon,Technology and Civil Liberties Policy Counsel at the ACLU of Massachusetts.
